This episode features Dr. Carol Letzter speaking about advances in hearing aid technology and the benefits of hearing loops. Her co-star is Ms. Ellen Semel who is an amazing advocate for hearing loops in New York City and both Dr. Letzter and Ms. Semel are members of The Hearing Loss Association of America's, Manhattan Looping Committee.
